BlueMovement is a fast growing service: a start-up within BSH, offering affordable subscriptions on sustainable household appliances. In 2021 and after the start in The Netherlands, BlueMovement will enter the German market.

Take care of BlueMovement customers' issues in a hands-on and direct manner and handle edge-cases .
Ensure BlueMovement customers' satisfaction and generate customer insights via direct customer contact .
Management of BlueMovement external customer touchpoints and communication on owned and earned online platforms .
Interact with external and internal partners of BlueMovement on a daily basis in order to ensure a positive customer experience .
Drive the BlueMovement internal learning loop .
University degree in communication or related .
3 years of hands-on direct customer interaction experience .
3 years experience in managing customer interaction touchpoints, on several platforms .
Shown the ability to swap fast from one task to another while managing several IT-Systems - focus on data accuracy .
Fluent in English and German .
Enjoy working in an agile team and embrace the agile principles .
Are outgoing, confident, relate easily to people and have a learning mindset.
